Chroma

A residential project with a mix of studio, one and two bedroom units. 

Chroma is inspired by the works of well known sculptors such as Calder and  Frank Stella. Its program of units, balconies and ground floor retail is organized efficiently and functionally.

Chroma is an architectural dissident, to make the case for individual expression, rooted in the rich culture of modern art.

Chroma, considered together with its location at an important intersection and facing a city park, transforms an otherwise typical urban environment into a memorable landmark.

Chroma exemplifies the role of architecture as a catalytic presence—both spatially and experientially.
