CoZone
Concept for a Co-Working Office Condominium

CoZone is conceived as an office condominium designed for small businesses seeking autonomy within a shared infrastructural framework. It offers the kinds of communal amenities and informal gathering spaces typically associated with co-working environments, but reframes the model around ownership rather than temporary tenancy.

Architecturally, CoZone takes the form of an assemblage of translucent and transparent volumes, combined into a sculptural object. Clad in luminous white panels, the building establishes a striking visual contrast to its context—a landscape characterized by the mass housing typologies of the Soviet era. Rather than mimic or defer to its surroundings, CoZone asserts creative energy. It is not monumental, but deliberate: a self-contained spatial proposition that positively redefines the atmosphere around it.

The building’s luminous skin and sculptural geometry diffuse natural light throughout its interior, create a human scaled spatial experience, offering users a productive, comfortable work environment.

CoZone exemplifies the role of architecture as a catalytic presence—both spatially and experientially. Its assertive form and luminous skin are intentionally provocative, a deliberate counterpoint to the monotony of its surroundings. Rather than recede into the background, CoZone demands attention, offering an alternative visual and experiential narrative. It is architecture as a spatial act of optimism—foregrounding the belief that built form can reframe not only the urban condition but also the emotional tenor of those who occupy it.
